"My family and I have visited this restaurant several times and have always had a pleasant experience with good service. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. We were seated promptly, but had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. The server did not introduce herself and was not wearing a name tag. After finally getting our drinks, she never returned to take our food order. We watched as she socialized with other servers instead of attending to our table. Feeling neglected, we decided to leave and pay for our drinks. It was clear that the restaurant was not busy, with only 6 tables and 4 servers working. This lack of attention to customer service is unacceptable, and we will not be returning in the future."
