"Ordered food told would be about an hour no probs with that phoned an hour and 15mins later to be told the foods ready but the delivery driver’s not back yet be another 15mins or so before he is! So (a) how long has the food been sitting on the side getting cold and (b) how much longer do we have to wait?! Why not be honest from the start and tell us they only have one delivery driver on a Friday night!"
