I am a professional cook and a competitive bbq cook..so grill to find worth paying for me is hard. these youngs kill it. pork belly is just getting smoked. as salty and fat as it should be. brisket was on point, perfectly made fat, smoke taste only where it should be. dies for the summer dad bod so that the chocolates have to wait until winter, but the man looked phenomenal. she really deserves her place in the top BQ connections in Texas."
