If you haven't been to a Coffee Project location before, you are missing out. They are truly amazing, and probably my favorite in NYC. The attention to detail they put into each cup they make (from selecting beans to roasting) is evident in every smooth sip of coffee, including their nitro brew. I believe their deconstructed latte perfectly embodies this quality, allowing you to taste the excellence at each stage of preparation. what a nice caffe roast! if they don't have their coffee, they are for a tasty. this is one of the best breweries in America! they must see what they have on their pouring over cash. they will experience aromen in coffee that they never had before, and the personal is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. her espresso is one of my favorites in nyc, so they enjoy a capp! oh that is also a room to make coffee and barista courses. I took the Barista foundations with my friend. we both have been more confident in our ability and have already registered for a second class. kaleena is a great instructor that she really knows how to break down concepts so that they are easy to understand. in 3 hours we have learned so much and have a lot of time. what a wonderful place and people. coffee tasted amazing and simply standing through the bar and asking I was in the position to learn so much from the barista (sarah, I think they offer brew and tasting courses - we plan to take the classes again soon and get more amazing coffee here.
The owners of Coffee Project are delightful and knowledgeable. They are experts in coffee. I took part in their SCA accredited training sessions and greatly expanded my knowledge of coffee. If you're looking for excellent coffee and to learn more about it, this is the place to visit.
