Great experience lived, we came only with accommodation and breakfast but has been quite satisfactory. quiet hotel even though it seems that being near a road you will hear noise, nothing further from reality. large facilities, parking, gym, free sauna. flaws a little bit in cleaning, as the day of entry were missing towels and toilet paper, as well as placing my toilet products in one way and being placed on another, but it is something of little importance. the pool is large its schedule is with a helper and the other hours is under your responsibility.
Breakfast is perfect and reach. The service during breakfast is great. The hotel garden and the environment are nice. The housekeeping staffs are friendly, polite and respectful. Poor services at the registration desk. Not clear and fair information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The website is not updated and did not tell you that the swimming pool is not available in April. If you want to use public transport to go to Algeciras then you have to walk for nine minutes on a narrow path next to the highway.
Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Also stair carpet is pretty gross, definitely needs sorting. Think there may have been a lack of staff. G/f ladies toilets not cleaned 7.30am in the morning. Pool was chained off until midday far too late in the morning!?? Lack 9f sun loungers and no tables and chairs around the pool or garden area. Which was disappointing.
