I took my family of 6 bowling and out to lunch, and they absolutely loved it! The bowling alley had bumpers and ramps for the little ones to participate, and the food quality was excellent. We ordered fish and chips, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, and a pastrami burger, and everything was delicious and well presented on glass plates. They also serve beer and cocktails at the bar. The facilities were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the staff was quick to clean tables and fix any mistakes. The restaurant Platz was clean and beautiful, but the biggest disappointment was their pricing system. They charged by the hour and started the clock as soon as we paid. With several children in tow, the time it took to walk to their track, try on shoes, and get everything situated took up a significant portion of our allotted hour. This left us feeling rushed and stressed to finish our meal in the remaining time with no opportunity to relax.

Extremely disrespectful. We made reservations for 7pm and even paid an extra $15 to reserve the lanes online. Upon arrival, we waited in line and reached the check-in desk at 6:55, only to find out that our lane had been given away. We were forced to wait for the next available lane. The service at this place is atrocious. I will definitely not be returning.

I visited this restaurant with my family. The customer service was lacking and the security staff needs to be better trained on how to communicate with patrons without coming across as intimidating. I do not plan on returning to this establishment in the future.

The newly renovated facilities are fantastic, with ample seating and a perfect setup for groups of 10. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was served promptly, and overall we had a wonderful experience!
