Applebee's Grill - Réserver une table

I had to stop eating my food to write this review!! After a long trip on the road my spouse and I were searching for a bite to eat at 11:50pm. We attempted to walk into this establishment expected to be turned away due to our late arrival since they do close at midnight (12am). However after asking a waitress can I place a carryout she went to go ask and the manager of all people walked right up to us with a wonderful smile on his face. He pulled out a notepad and pen and asked us what we wanted. Honestly we were so shocked that he would even say yes let alone take our order. My husband and Mother and I went there for dinner. It wasn't busy other then they were fairly busy for the curbside service. We was seated in about 25 mins. The server was prompt, courteous, at getting our drinks and order. My husband and Mother's dinners was hot and they say delicious. I ordered the nachos which is an appetizer rather then an actual meal . When mine came it was cold I mean like the cheese wasn't even melted. I reluctantly told the server, which she took the right away apologized and sent the back. 5 or 6 mins later they came out warm and with the semi-melted cheese there was raw onions, and cold pieces of diced tomatoes. Very busy when we arrived. We had 8 in our party which included 3 little ones. Several tables, high chairs, and a booster seat were put together for us in the back. It was perfect! Food was fantastic. Everyone we encountered was wonderful, especially our server!! She never missed a beat ?

I always enjoy coming to the applebee’s here, everyone from the manager to the most is great! eating always comes out in time, and good portions! I recommend to come by and give them a try.

They canceled my order for no reason. Closing time is in 3 hours. Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back.Lazy staff, never eating at this dump.
