"This used to be one of my favourite noodle places at Yonge and Finch. Recently however their quality and service has dropped. The people working there dont seem to care, and the noodles have been tough and stale same as the meat they put inside."

Very good! We ordered Chongqing Xiao Mian and Spicy Fish Fillet Noodle. Both very tasty. Note that the fish dish is a soup, and the cashier did not ask what type of noodles I wanted (menu says you have the choice) but they gave me ribbon noodles. I did not really like the taste or texture of the noodles themselves.The fish dish had a bit less going on in terms of flavour but it was still nice and comforting. The fish was very tender and mild, the broth a nice amount of spice. The other dish was super flavourful, with a strong taste of delicious Sichuan peppercorns. I added cilantro to both when we got home and it was even better (menu says it comes with it but I didn't taste any).Only thing...
Was craving for Taiwan Beef Noodle soup. Saw they have it here and ordered here. The Spicy Beef Noodles $16 was not worth it. Comes with 4 pieces of meat and the broth was ok very oily and salty. I liked the ribbon noodles but the portions overall small.Ordered the Chonquing Street Cold Noodles and that was good. Nice portion for what it was. Overall OK experience nothing to have me running back here again tho.
Enjoyed the hand pulled thick noodles they offered that were very chewy. I had the original beef soup portion wise for $15 is not too big. I imagined that they would provide more noodles for the price you pay but for maybe it's about 1 big hand grab of noodles worth of serving. Right in the Yonge street in North York, easy to spot as it is close to the Chunchung dog restaurant.
Flat noodles here are not the best, but anything with regular hand pulled noodles are really good.Avoid their beef based dishes over all, since they give you like...50g of meat for $4-5 more.Dan Dan Mian is great 5/5, I wasn't impressed with YouPoBiangBiangMian though.
