"I was charged $17 for just a coffee, toast, and a cheese bagel—$5.50 for the bagel and $12 for the coffee? I even have screenshots of the payment and the food, but they refuse to refund me. This is ridiculous. Breakfast here cost me $30–50 per person. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1."

2 /5 Évaluation

Artpresso Cafe looked charming, and the staff seemed friendly, so I was excited to try this local spot. Unfortunately, both the quality and service were disappointing. I ordered a matcha and a lox omelet. The matcha didn’t taste like matcha at all—it tasted more like chai. I was confused about what I was actually drinking. As for the lox omelet, there was no lox, no cheese, and no feta on top—just eggs and onions, as shown in the photos. It’s hard to believe this was an honest mistake; missing over half the ingredients without noticing seems unlikely. It made me wonder about the staff’s attentiveness. I did have a guest visiting from out of town, and at least her mocha was fine. But charging...

At Artpresso Cafe, the chai latte costs $5.50, which feels a bit steep considering current coffee prices, but I suppose that's the norm now. I mainly visited to use the restroom, and the staff were very accommodating, even restocking the toilet paper upon my request. However, the bathroom could really use a coat hook. As for the chai, it was creamy but lacked much flavor—pretty average, similar to about 68% of other chai lattes I've tried. The menu offers decent options, but this drink didn’t stand out. Overall, service and atmosphere were satisfactory.
