Asian Bistro - Réserver une table

I was excited to try some seafood dishes at this restaurant because the menu looked great. The early rolls and shrimp rolls were good and crispy, and the drink was delicious. However, when we ordered two of the same drink, they looked very different when they arrived at our table. The place appeared a bit run down and dusty, but I sympathize with their effort to remain open. Unfortunately, the scallops tasted like cleaning fluid, indicating they were not fresh. My husband said his sushi was good but not exceptional. The young man preparing the sushi was fast and efficient, and I could see him working up close. The waitress only charged half of my food price to my card, which we appreciated....

I was disappointed by this place. it gets 3 stars because the Chinese food was good, not great, but good. Do not order the sushi. I ordered 1 roll and feared for my own health since days. I have to stop ordering sushi in burlington. that is my own fault to think that there would be fresh fish here. the staff was terrible. they no longer need to be managed better. they make a fleeting company and the personal is way more concerned than take care of the customers in the building. I have the impression, they had 1 very overwhelmed chef.

wontons were not yum there was no crab in the crab rangoon seaweed was an odd texture and the rice had a weird flavor please do not come here i’m begging you save yourself i should have read the reviews but i’m a dum dum i literally opened ever crab rangoon and did not find one piece of crab also service is not good

My partner and I dined at this restaurant on the 4th of July. The crab was terrible and the shrimp appeared to not be properly handled, as I ended up getting food poisoning from the kung pao shrimp. I will never dine here again.

The food is absolutely delicious, with a great selection of sushi options. The staff is very attentive and friendly, although the atmosphere may not be to everyone's taste.
