Bistro Burger - Réserver une table

I go here for the food which is a good thing. They have no right to offer reservations when they have no clue how to manage them. Waited 45 minutes past our reservation time to get seated. People who arrived after us were seated ahead of us in a way that prevented our admittedly large party from getting seated.

when we arrived, they acted as if they had no idea that we had a reservation. in fact, they insisted on looking at my email confirmation. they were obviously not prepared for my group, but they managed to put together a table for us.

Good food. Paris burger is outstanding. Only negative was our server. Very pleasant but slow. Not attentive. Kinda spacey. On a very non busy night.
