"Food was okay but the presentation was sloppy. Fries were thrown out everywhere inside our bag. I had 4 servings of fries and had to repackage it to serve the kids. Other than that, the food was okay."

First time visiting a Bojangles, and it was smashing. Service was helpful and kind, the toilets were clean, and the food was of course delicious. I had the boneless with a biscuit, and that hit the spot. I’d recommend the honey mustard, though you really can’t go wrong with any sauce here. They had outdoor seating, too, which I loved on the balmy October day which I was there on. Would highly recommend eating here, cheers.
Food is always pretty good. The drive-through line is almost always wrapped around the building, but they handle it fairly well. I started on the exact opposite side of the building from the actual pick-up window last weekend, and it took me 10 minutes to be on my way with my food. Most places would take longer with this many folks waiting in line.
