I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from the manager at this restaurant. I am an Uber driver who was picking up food for a customer who had pre-paid for five meals and two drinks with sides. Unfortunately, not everything the customer ordered was provided, and the food was not at the correct temperature. There was no system in place to ensure that orders remained hot or cold after they were placed. Additionally, the cold drinks were served with hot food, making it difficult for me to transport the items in my hot bag. When I inquired about the missing chicken sandwich, the manager refused to check with the customer and instead replaced it with something else without conf...
The restaurant has a musty smell and is in need of a remodel. The ventilation systems are covered in dust and the drink area smells like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I'm not usually a picky person, but I haven't been to Boston Market in 10 years. I was very disappointed with my experience - the chicken was overcooked to the point of being mushy and the macaroni and cheese was worse than the cheap boxed version. However, the staff was friendly and attentive.
I made b market 3 to 4 times a month. before during and after it is my fantasy or have market bowls and dinner teller smaller? today's meat bowl had 2 small half disks. served by 2 new hired without manager I could see. last night's dinner was also shameful. here he has regular dissapoint.
