Brasserie am Schleiferplatz

The food was fabulous! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating (I'm a picky eater). We ate outside and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The other patrons were very friendly too..I will be here for a week and my colleagues and I will definitely...eat here again!

I love coming to the Brasserie for breakfast. The food comes out fast and fresh. The service is great with an English speaking staff. i always get the omelette, which was a bit salty last time, and a hot chocolate, but that is not going...to stop me from coming back.

I travel all over for work and have been to several German towns over the years. This place has the best schnitzel without a doubt. Whenever I have the chance to come to stay here I always know where I'm going to eat for every...meal of the day.

I stayed in Idar-Oberstein for a week while on business and ate at Brasserie every evening. The food was fabulous and the service was equally wonderful. Our waitress Michelle was very sweet and provided excellent service!

Good menu, great serving size, and breakfast until noon. Note that the London breakfast is NOT a typical British breakfast. Their version is scrambled eggs with red beans and ham in it.
