I have lived for 2 years now. I could write a paragraph about everything I've dealt with in these apartments within the last year but I'll spare you all. My A/C has gone out for the 4th time this month. I contacted emergency maintenance and I was told by the office other A/C units are out as well like it's not over 100 degrees in Houston. This is unacceptable, not to mention the lack of care they have about the roaches that seem to be everywhere lately. Sending pest control to spray once a month is not doing the job. No one wants to live under these conditions. I will NOT be renewing my lease.
I went to this beautiful property for a tour and Christopher was rude and noticeably uninterested in proving information regarding a lease or touring the display unit. He did not introduce himself, I had to ask questions about the property such as amenities as we were walking to tour the unit because he did not say a word. He should not be the face of the property because he most definitely is the reason I will not apply. Broadstone should train their employees on how to provide exceptional customer service before hiring.
That guy at the front desk with the lisp is so rude and no help. He should be fired and maintenance is awful! I have a bird that died in the dryer that none of these people care about and is about to be a hazard. I can no longer sleep after 5 days of requesting maintenance thats not being taken seriously and you’re telling me I’m paying $1100 monthly? Learn how to do your job better management!!
Was a decent location. Had issues with previous management maintenance completing work orders. There was New management at the end of my least thatseemed to have made improvements in the positions. Would suggest that you’d learn about the lease contract before the signing verified everything but all of my neighbors were cool to themselves.
