Placed my order online through the slice app. Arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes later to pick up my order, only to find that the restaurant never saw it. They printed out the order placed it on the counter and left it there. So when I went in the manager said I'll make your food real quick, it's only two burgers Shouldn't be long, right? 30 minutes later I finally get my food. When I get home the order is wrong. Both burgers are completely well done when I ask for medium, one was supposed to have tater tots, both had french fries. The wait time, the error of never making the food, the lack of courtesy of the staff everything overall seals that we will no longer be going to their business....

my ribs were the hardest I ever had in my life, I will not order again, and my crab cake was not best either. Whoever was the cook tonight should have not repaired my food.
