Im 1. Stock der Confiserie Speck erhält man ein gutes Mittagessen zu einem vernünftigen Preis.Ich hatte dort bereits mehrmals Mittagessen und habe durchaus gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich probierte dort wiederholt den Hamburger, Riz Casimir und auch das Club Sandwich. Es hat mir immer geschmeckt! Die Grösse der Portionen ist gut.Bestellt ein Gast "Hahnenwasser" zum Essen, so erhält er einen halben Liter für 3 Franken. Dieses Geld spendet Speck dann für ein Projekt in Afrika, dass den Menschen dort eine bessere Wasserversorgung ermöglicht. I was in the bar, had a lunch with one of the weekly menus plus additional dessert, drink and coffee ~chf 30 . eating was very good. but after a while I noticed the...Waitress, who speak through loud and clean more than needed the coffee machine hot air. later she interrupted me rudely while I asked on the phone if I wanted to order more. as I said no, I was told that this is not an office and was asked to stop my call. okay, I've been on the phone for 40mn with freephone, but I spoke at normal level. the success must have gone into the heads of the family speck, which has led decent coffee houses for many years. not only her coffee is quite humdrum (at many competitors in train they serve better), but her service staff seems to be quite...unfriendly in the rule. her flagship for a terrible service is her relatiw new coffee house in the metalli shopping center. nicely designed, but apparently with absensual management, some of their service staff are absolutely horrific in their treatment of customers (if someone answers this review, I will give you some games). and last but not least, has their Baguette shop sit-down prices combined with self-service.
Was there today. I asked for a coke zero. She told me that they have a sort of equivalent product. It came...some sort of a no name product. It was not drinkable....really terrible stuff....I didn't drink it but she insisted that I pay for it....I cannot understand how a place like this uses business methods like this....one of the most customer unfriendly things I have observed in a long time. Fr 4.0 was the price I paid but I will never darken their door again. Hope they read this but I will not be expecting an answer.... Réservez une table maintenant
