I recently had the pleasure of dining here with family, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. Nestled in the charming village of Hermance and boasting a breathtaking view of Geneva Lake, this restaurant offers much more than just great food. Expedited service: 1) the dishes arrive before the wine order is made!!!! 2) we feel that my servers want to finish quickly. 3) no desire to satisfy customers or put them at ease. Regarding the dishes: 1) Salad stirred in advance and therefore cooked and unappetizing. 2) The lake perch fillets are good, but a little soft, not crunchy. Very disappointing . One of the prettiest seen on the lake, the setting is really very pretty. The prices are matched to the frame, but are not at the maximum unfortunately. The mash was so salty that it must have been salted 3 times... The server didn't appreciate being told what we thought and was borderline polite!
