Cakes By Rae Anderson

I had the pleasure of tasting a Rae Anderson Cake at a recent wedding reception I attended. I have been following Rae on Instagram for several years now. So for me to have the opportunity to taste one of her beautifully delicious cakes was nothing short of a dream come true. She prepared a red velvet cake and a cake that was played it with a salted caramel topping. The buttercream frosting was simply divine. The way that the cake melted in your mouth was truly a romantic experience. I am truly grateful that I have the opportunity to sample one of her amazing creations. I highly recommend her confection services!!

Our cake for my daughter's 5th birthday was wonderfully interpreted, engineered delivered by Ray. The flavor was exquisite, the natural ingredients shined through from the hand prepared icing, to the real strawberry's in my daughters cake. Our cake was moist flavorful and magnificently designed, formed decorated, with a figurine of my child's likeness riding a unicorn. Ray patently assembled, staged and gave us instruction on how to cut the cake properly during delivery. The kind of passion that Ray puts into these edible works of art is evident; making the cake the highlight of my daughters special day.

Cakes by Rae Andersen never disappoints. Her cakes are delicious and beautifully crafted, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. She has fresh tasty cookies and wonderful cupcakes that I enjoy, I highly recommend her service to any and everyone.
