At Capital One Café, I always order the same item from the menu—a 16oz coffee or latte. However, I've often received noticeably less than what I paid for. How can they serve a coffee that clearly looks like only 12-14oz when I paid $3.95 for 16oz? It’s very obvious how much is missing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The staff at this Capital One Café are the least friendly I've encountered at any location. A bit of courtesy would be appreciated instead of the attitude and overly strict behavior toward customers.
