I went to the car dru last night, I'll never live in my life back to this place. I also find it very interesting upper administration only respond to 4-5 star ratings and any bad rating goes unnoticed, because quality fast food service is not at the location eagle next to arby’s. I waited 25 minutes for a burger n a shake w some tweeper rings; both people who hired my order and gave me my food had so much dirt on their hands and under their fingernails show no proper hygiene or representation in the food industry. I myself work in boise in an almost food restaurant, and it makes me so happy that not a single crew member of me shows the lack of urgency and disregard at the location eagle show...
Probably the worse Carl's Jr in existence. My order was completely wrong and the fries and onion rings were 3 days old and full of grease. I ordered 2 Famous Stars without cheese and with extra onions and mustard. What I go was 2 Stars with cheese and no onions and no mustard. This place should be closed until competent management comes in, revamps, and turns the place around. Only go here if you want food cooked 3 days in the past and full of grease. Even then they will get the order wrong!

The onion rings were at lease 3 days old. The French Fries were soaked in grease and inedible. Place should be closed until competent management revamps and takes over!
