Caroline’s Donuts - Réservation de table

A friend recommended Caroline’s Donuts, so I decided to walk the 10 blocks over on a nice day. I purchased two slices of carrot cake and two donuts from their menu. Looking back, I should have inspected the carrot cake more closely while still in the shop. Once I got home, it was clear just by sight that the cake would be dry—and sadly, I was right. After one bite, I had to throw it away. The flavor was actually good, but the dryness made it hard to enjoy. Service was decent for takeaway.
