Carrabba's Italian Grill

We usually have great experiences here, but today was a disappointment. All of our food arrived ice cold. The lasagna was served without any pasta, and I can't even begin to describe the meatballs—there was just a tiny teaspoon of ricotta. It seemed like not all of our dishes were ready at the same time, which left most of our food sitting and getting colder.

I ordered Chicken Piccata, Lasagna, a Caesar salad, a side house salad, and a soda. Unfortunately, I couldn't request utensils or napkins while placing my order, and they weren't provided with the food. Thankfully, the hotel had some available. The dinners were delicious, but they could have been served hotter. The bread and salads were also very good.

The spaghetti sauce is truly exceptional! It's bursting with flavor. I also tried the Sicilian chicken soup and the garlic mashed potatoes, both of which surpassed my expectations. I will definitely return. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
