I’m sorry but I just went into my childhood store which is Murfreesboro by and I gotta say I hate what they did with the place I mean and it’s not just them your new restaurant design looks like a fever dream mix between a subway and Dave and busters. So please just stop trying to be something you’re not. There were barely any kids there and the only ones were for birthdays and even they were having less fun

It’s very disappointing that chuckEcheese say they have a censoring day every first Sunday of the month but yet no one is never there! 3 month that this location says they are one of the location part . Not nice to offer something you guys dont !

Nasty attitude with customers ! Came in today with my autistic daughter and manager was so rude when I ask why they open at 10 and not 9am and she walked away
