Champagne Domi - Réservation de table

I booked a visit with the owner by e-mail in french asking if could visit that day. He kindly wrote straight back welcoming us to visit. I had read the reviews on trip adviser and it seemed a lovely small place to visit. We arrived with our camping car and golden retriever and he was very welcoming. We had a lovely tour with the owner in french with a little English. This was no problem for me and I translated for my husband. The owner knew a fair amount of English too. He explained about the grapes, the process of pressing the grapes and showed us the cellars where the wine is stored. We ended about 40 minutes later tasting a few champagnes. Absolument magnifique. Mon ami et moi avons eu une visite privée à travers les caves à vin et dégustation de champagne privé avec Valerie. Elle était si utile et a répondu à toutes nos questions sur son champagne et ses méthodes. La dégustation était excellente. On a acheté 7 bouteilles et un bouchon de champagne. Petite entreprise familiale, je recommande de soutenir leur beau champagne traditionnel en visitant et en achetant des charges! Vous n'exportez pas !

Very friendly owner who gives an excellent and interesting tour for free. We bought a case of champagne and several glasses as a reminder. This is a small producer of champagne, but still excellent. Very good, too. I'd like to see you again. Only a proposal to improve would be a tour through the vineyards, perhaps a small fee, as this would be time-consuming. The tour is currently in French, but the English of the owner is actually also very good.

This is a family producer of champagne and very friendly. During the tour guide, the owner explains the entire process of champagne production. At the end of the tour guide we had a very nice tasting with various types of champagne. I found the champagne quality very well. Petites vignes familiales avec le meilleur champagne que j'ai jamais goûté. Malheureusement, ils n'expédient pas, ou j'aurais acheté plusieurs cas ! Votre Coeur de Rose et Blanc de blanc sont fabuleux.

An unforgettable experience touring with the owner, which ended with a tasting of their fabulous champagnes. My only regret is that we didn’t buy more to ship home, as I can’t find it stateside.
