Chick-fil-a - Réserver une table

My experiences at this restaurant just keep getting worse. From forgetting items to finding a dead fly in my fries one time (which they replaced with new fries after saying "ew"), the service here is terrible. Tonight, I asked for a chocolate milkshake, but was told they were out of the base. When I asked for an ice cream cup instead, they said they couldn't make that either. However, the person in front of me was given 2 cones and 2 milkshakes. When I asked for a milkshake at the window, they rang me up for it but then said they couldn't make it and needed to refund my card. Food is always good. That?s IF you get your food AND you get it correct. I always order a Chick Fil-A sandwich, no pickles. I get one that had pickles, and though they always fix it, I?ve been told I ordered it wrong before. I have never ever orderedone with pickles before, so I?m 100% certain I haven?t ordered it incorrectly. I also order Mac and cheese, and I can?t tellyou the number of times I?ve ordered it, waited for it, only to then be told they don?t have any Mac and cheese. Although they are a little pricey I like them had ate 2-3 chicken sandwiches a day while I was in school????. This Drive-thru moved to to fast our order was delayed we were asked to park to side no problem but we sat there approximately 10 minuteswaiting. I observed 2 important issues: *How can you have customers waiting while another employee going 4-5 cars back handingout orders, but no one is confirming the waiting customers? *I noticed a small platform outside the window where employees satorders shouldn't bags be closed or area have some type of closure? You can't go wrong with ordering the #2 sandwich with pepper jack cheese at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, always with a smile, and the food is delicious, which is why I keep coming back.

There was hair in my food that was baked into the breading on the strips. Not sure if there's a new owner, but the quality of this restaurant has definitely gone downhill in recent years.
