Eat More Chicken! or a delicious breakfast, here at Chick-fil-A in Plano, TX. The drive-thru wraps around the building. Best to enter from the North side, watch for cars exiting from the pickup window, then enter the drive-thru line. Young man standing outside to take orders was doing a great job! I saw how patient he was with a senior citizen ahead of me, got the order done. And when I pulled up, it was less than a minute to process my breakfast combo Greek yogurt parfait. The crew at the pickup window was warm welcoming, did not mind when I asked to verify my order. So, Overall this is a great crew at this location. Great location and always top notch service for quick takeout. Don’t be scared of the double circle for drive through as they move quick and efficient. They’ve got employees outside to speed up the process taking multiple orders at a time for the kitchen to prepare. I use the Chick-fil-A app to order ahead and just tell them my name at the drive through. You earn rewards and occasional treats through the app. Food has also been quality and packed correctly with any sauces requested.
This place is good. It is a good place to bring young kids because they will want to play at the playground and they have kids meal. They have breakfast and lunch/dinner. They have a drive through and you can do online order from their app. I like this place and I rate it 5 stars. Their food is good if you like fast food.
