Chipotle Mexican Grill

ordered 5 barbacoa bowls and was charged for extra barbacoa, only to be told that they put extra on the plate. I never asked for it, but yet they charged me. Also, we made it easy for them by having the same items on all the bowls (tomato, sour cream and lettuce). They still managed to botch it up and one of the bowls had no lettuce. To top it off, the rice was UNCOOKED. Just a heads up for others. Also, each location seems to have their own rules. This location gave free medium salsa in the small plastic containers. But the other location in Southlake, said there is a charge for it. Not sure how each franchise operates.

This chipotle really went down hill fast. It was completely empty in there which i now see as a sign of their quality. Guac was nasty whoever is doing it in the morning is doing something different/wrong. Used to love it there but I think there's a new manager by the looks of it. I tipped generously and they skimped me like this. Half of it is lettuce to make it look complete, this is not 15$ worth of food it's at most 5. Food tasted mid take your hard earned money somewhere that cares about what they're selling.

Service is really bad. The chicken they were trying to serve me was from the bottom of the container and was dried out and looked awful. When I called them on it, they said that is the chicken, basically take it or leave it. I decided to leave it and went elsewhere, I'll never come here again and encourage others in the area to do the same.

Was ready to eat, hungry as hell. Half of bite was taken, then looked at the lettuce, a nice looking size bug chilling on it. Was told the lettuce was washed multiple times, received a refund, left, won't be back again.

They have improved in the past few months and have won me back! Great crew and friendly faces each time And the food taste good!
