City West Hotel & Restaurant

I have been falsely accused by the hotel staff of smoking in the room and charged 100chf for this, directly stolen from my credit card as I registered for express checkout. They proved this by showing a picture of stains on a wall, which I didn 't have anything to do with, of course. Whatever... I recommend to have breakfast at Coop restaurant, it 's accessible directly via the elevator and comes for half the price.

Wir waren als Familie ausschliesslich zum Mittagessen im Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir wurden schnell bedient. Das Essen war hervorragend. Mit einfachen Sachen den Wow Effekt erreicht. Meinen tue ich damit die Pommes. Die besten weit und breit. Weiter so. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unfortunately, the negligence of the mattresses is not sufficient. Mattresses and blankets were not properly cleaned, and I see some lints came from both. Apart from mattress, blanket and pillow rest everything is OK for me.
