Cold Stone Creamery

We planned a nice family outing and had just enough time to stop at this Cold Stone Creamery. It had been years since my last visit, so I was pretty excited. However, when we walked in (four adults), we were met with unfriendly looks, and the employees didn’t respond when we asked if we could get ice cream. Eventually, one girl said they were supposed to be open but were busy with other things. We were the only customers in the store, and we had planned to eat our ice cream in the truck, so I’m not sure what the problem was. I’d like to give a big shout-out to Ashley, who was working alone at the Cold Stone Creamery near KickBack Jack’s. Even though a coworker didn’t show up for their shift, she handled all the ice cream orders by herself. She did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service on a busy Friday night. Ashley truly deserves a bonus!
