Commonplace Coffee

This is how the past 7 visits have went.Twice they just hung a sign on the door saying they’re closing at 1 today (instead of the normal 6).Twice I’ve ordered a large without any modifications and the cup is 70% filled.Once I’ve ordered four large drinks only to receive four small drinks yet be charged for large.Overall, when you get what you want and paid for, I have no complaints… it’s just.. the percentage of time that happens isn’t high

Finally- I found a great coffee shop in Pittsburgh. No offense to the east but being from LA I am accustomed to some really great coffee bars. I had been searching for a good cortado all around Pittsburgh and found it here. The baristas are always nice and friendly and it has an overall soothing vibe indoors.Food: 5/5

Nice little coffee spot. The barista was kind and helpful with recommendations. Atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, perfect for doing some casual work for a few hours. We only got drinks, so I can't comment on the food, but what was on display looked good!

had a coffee here and was met with an incredible drink, and an even better experience. Everyone here is so thoughtful(especially my barista, sloan) and pleasant. I’ll definitely be sure to come here any chance i get! Thanks sloan and the team!!

Very friendly staff and delicious coffee and pastries. Went here two days in a row visiting Pittsburgh because it was so good!
