The top shelf of the bakery case features only vegan and gluten-free items, sourced from the local vegan bakery, Holcomb Hollow. I tried their chocolate chip muffin, which was rich in cocoa but not as sweet as I remembered from their other offerings. I noticed they have two vegan breakfast options on the menu, but since I visited after 2 PM, I wasn’t able to sample them. Overall, it's a delightful place worth checking out!
I enjoyed some delicious tofu tomatillo tacos that were perfect for a quick breakfast. It's not easy to find a fast, hot vegan breakfast on the go, so I was excited to try this spot, and it didn’t disappoint. I also had a mandelmilch mocha and took a few tasty Holcomb Hollow muffins to go.
