Very nice Rennes address! The concept of letting yourself be guided by the chefs' inspirations without knowing the dishes in advance allows you to make discoveries that are as interesting as they are surprising. We had the 6-course menu with food and wine pairing and it was simply exceptional! All the dishes were original, very well made and harmoniously presented. The service was also very pleasant, with exhaustive and passionate presentations of each plate. I recommend without hesitation! We had a dinner last night. We were served some very fresh, tasty, super healthy in season local foods. Different wines are served by glass throughout the meal. Great little restaurant, located at the heart of Rennes , owned by 3 young owners . Highly recommended restaurant to discover some very interesting food and wines) exciting experience at eating out. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre soirée chez Cope's. L'accueil était très chaleureux, les plats étaient vraiment excellents et très bien préparés avec des produits locaux !
