ate at cwitch on the first day in wales. the menu is marked with gf, vegan and vegan options. when someone comes with a gluten allergy, they use the speerest cooking rooms, cold, utensil, etc. we all had the smashes avocado and fried eggs on toast with a top tee. there were three gluten-free cake options if we curd the celestial lemon and the rhabarb lemon. delicious food, wonderful staff. will be back before we go!
