I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I ordered a cake for my birthday, but it was nothing like what I asked for. They couldn't even open the first image I sent, so they called me during breakfast to ask for a re-send. I had to send a completely different image because the original was on my laptop at home, which they needed right away. I was surprised they left it last minute and called me 2 hours before I needed to pick it up. The background of the image turned out to be an ugly green color, even though the picture I sent had a white background. Additionally, when my mom went to pick up the cake, she said it was wrong, but they didn't offer to fix it. The customer service was te...
DQ is usually great but the prices are starting to be a little much. The Blizzards still taste good but they’ve seemed to cut down on how many pieces of (whatever it is you ordered) in the blizzard, like maybe 10 tiny cheesecake chunks? I mean it’s still good but you’d have to ask for more and it’s likely a higher charge. Haven’t had the hot food at this location yet. The staff were very friendly and quick anyway. The drive thru is a little weird.
There is this one older lady at this establishment that is extremely rude and myself and a few friends have all had seperate bad encounters with, she is probably the manager and she needs to be fired. This particular older lady, insulted my girlfriends appearance when she went with her friend, and this is my last straw. I will never give my service to this place again and will drive further to Bowmanville to go get food.
Just went for dipped cone and ice cream filled only in very centre, didn't even cover the cone, sides of cone were broken off on one side and chocolate was a mess, this isn't the 1st time I've experienced this at this store, it's as though they are purposely trying not to give much ice cream...its a rip off at this location Réservez une table maintenant
I visit Dairy Queen specifically for their delicious ice cream blizzards. This particular location offers a spacious indoor dining area, an outdoor patio, and a convenient drive-thru. The staff is friendly and I always enjoy supporting local restaurants like this one.
