Denny's Mower Repair

My husband called to get some parts for a mower. Whoever runs the facility asked him for a model number so my husband gave it to him. Then the guy got an attitude with my husband and my husband made the comment your not going to talk to me like that and then they hung up on him. When we called back he decided to be even more rude would not recommend this place horrible communication.

Brought my walk behind mower to be fixed. Took 2.5 weeks to hear anything. When I got the mower back, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Took it back and the owner yelled at me like I did something wrong. The guy treated his employee horribly in front of me and other customers. I didn't even ask for a refund, just Took my mower and left. DO NOT GO THERE. WORTHLESS!

we've been using them for about 3 times in the last 5 years and they were always great. we had a problem with our girl this week, they could pick it up the next day, which was impressive in itself. they repaired it and it was with me the next day. the personal is very friendly and accommodating.

they have no idea what they are doing. Waste of time and money, and the people working the store don't have a clue about anything
