I tried bingsoo at Dessert Cafe Momo for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. After a long wait, none of us enjoyed the taste—it was strange and unpleasant. I gave it a second try but still couldn’t finish it. When I shared my concerns with the staff member Kim, she showed no sympathy or willingness to help. I asked if anything could be done, and she just told me to leave it as is, without any apology or attempt to make amends. I tried the medium strawberry bingsoo and it was delicious. The staff and owner were very friendly, and the interior was cozy and inviting. I would definitely visit again.
