Duke On Park - Réservation de table

Tonight we decided to go to Duke on Park to check out their buffalo chicken poutine and I am NOT disappointed. I love that it is served in a little cast iron skillet. I loved that all of the deep fried components were perfectly cooked and everything had a beautiful crunch to it. I love the ratio of fries, to cheese, to gravy, to toppings. Everything married together perfectly. The buffalo sauce is full flavored and not too spicy and they have that drizzle of either blue cheese or my personal favorite ranch dressing that compliments and balances the dish perfectly. I've been back a couple times since giving a 3 star rating and they have been flawless since. The Scottish Breakfast I highly recommend. Although, it is rumoured to be seen as a bit of a nightmare dish in the kitchen
