I don 't usually have a bad experience here...but today, I encountered the rudest person. I frequent this dunking donuts and the staff is usually pretty friendly. I went through the drive thru and the young man on the drive thru was rude, and kept cutting me off. When I pulled up to the window and asked the gentleman I normally see who was on the drive thru he asked the young man to come.to the window. When I address him and told him he was little rude his response: That is the way I speak, sorry you are so sensitive. Really!!! That is your response. Rude and disrespectful to your customers. I am far from sensitive, however sounds like you need to look for another job...you are clearly not h...
THIS LOCATION LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TRIED CALLING ALL DAY NOBODY ANSWERED. I FOUND SMALL HAIRS THAT LOOKED ANIMAL LIKE ON MY DOUGHNUTS AND I CANT EAT SPRINKLES AS IM ALLERGIC AND THEY GAVE ME DOUGHNUTS WITH SPRINKLES ANYWAY. WHEN I GO BACK TO AND ASK HOWS THIS IS HANDLED I GET THE WORSE ATTITUDE THAT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. WHOMEVER THE OWNER IS WOULD MAKE SO MUCH MORE MONEY IF THEIR EMPLOYEES FIXED THEIR ATTITUDE, ACTED LIKE THEYRE GRATEFUL FOR AN OPPORTUNITY OF A JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE. Extraordinary breakfast today! Lisa took my order and really made me feel like she was glad I was there. The team was quick and got my order to me in a very short time. Gravius made my Avocado toast and wow, it was remarkable. If you want to really see Smyrna’s community in a non pretentious atmosphere, visit this Dunkin today. I suggest skipping the drive through and dine in. You will meet the best Dunkin team around and some of your neighbors. Easy in and out on South Cobb Dr, plus, you get a light at the intersection. BRAVO. Highly recommend.
Good food, good pastries, good coffee. What more can you ask for? I have been pleased with my interactions with the manager, but some of the employees here refuse to wear a mask or wear one only over their mouth not their nose. At least they are willing to put on one when you ask.
