Dunkin' - Réserver une table

On 4/6/21, I purchased, in cash, a $30 gift card for a friend who had done my wife a favor. He returned the card to us stating that there was no balance at all on the card. I returned to this Dunkin' D store this evening. When I told the clerk, Maya, my story and presented her with card and the receipt, she verified that it, indeed, was an unused new gift card and had no balance on it but that there was nothing that she could do to help me. She did offer me a free drink instead. Horrible customer service! Drinks were made incorrectly. Not sanitary. Rude atmosphere. I absolutely do not recommend and will never return. Warren and Swansea Dunkin’ are far superior!
