The ice cream tastes very good. Unfortunately the service is very unfriendly. The boss is just annoyed and throws ice cream around in anger (for no apparent reason). Furthermore, there is only one outdoor area where you are not served and which is very uncomfortable. I won't buy ice cream there anymore because being so disrespectful to customers without a reason doesn't work for me!
Totally rude and annoyed by the customers, we also had a hair in our iced coffee for which we were shouted at by the saleswoman. But sorry, I didn't think I had long black hair, I've always been blonde. It's a shame about the store, we'd love to be there, but that was definitely the last time. Was passing through here today. Pure street sales and only accessible on foot via stairs. The ice cream is very tasty (I had the pistachio, mango and peppermint varieties) and the prices are more than fair at €1 per scoop. Most ice cream parlors charge more! There is also a separate sundae menu.
I don't understand all the bad reviews! The ice cream tastes great, like the lemon ice cream, which is particularly sour. The ambience isn't the best, but it's a bit out of the way, which still makes it good. Staff is ok. I've never seen anyone freaking out there :
Very rude staff, the salesperson is too annoyed or lazy to even get up and talk to customers. Unbelievable and very unfortunate.
Hard to find, vanilla ice cream was delicious, tables only outside, dirty, older man from the ice cream parlor not friendly.
