Eine moderne Eisdiele befindet sich direkt am Parkhaus zur Festung Königstein. Nach einigen Besichtigungsstunden freuten wir uns schon auf dem Weg zum Parkhaus auf ein „etwas anderes Eis“. Denn die wahrlich verschärfte Auswahl bemerkten wir schon bei unserer Ankunft. Hereinspaziert. Die Dame hinter der bunten und blitzsauberen Theke begrüßte uns herzlich mit strahlendem Lächeln. Und wir lasen erst einmal die „Bedienungsanleitung“ über der Theke. Zunächst die Wahl des Basiseis: Milch – Joghurt oder Reismilch (vegan) stehen zur Wahl. Sorbets werden ebenfalls angeboten. we found this place in the middle of nowhere. they offer vegan options (soja heel) for all drinks and ask for ice cream based. they can mix up to four ingredients from an almost endless list that are mixed in their personal ice mix. if they don't feel creatiw, there is a huge list with suggestions for them. the lady was very openly beautiful and helpful. a lot is also organic.
The concept of this ice cream shop is that you can choose the base of your ice cream. The vegan option would be rice milk. After that you can pick ingredients like fresh fruits, nuts, different kinds of cookies, and even extraordinary tastes like greens or garlic. There are up to 365 possible combinations. Vegan options are labelled clearly and all cones are vegan too!
Your personal flavor combined from many different, very fresh ingredients as you like it- it takes taste to a new level. The vegan version is rice based. Service is a dream too (thank you, Simone). Don‘t let the address fool you. They are right at the parking garage for the Festung Königstein.

Auf Reismilchbasis oder Fruchtbasis kann man sich hier selbst sein Eis zusammenstellen. Es gibt einige vegane Mix Ins wie Oreo, Ritter Sport Marzipan, Haselnusskrokant, Nüsse… Sehr freundliches Personal, ein paar Sitzplätze außen. Der Hund hat kurz draußen gewartet.

Das Eis ist kein Softeis, sieht nur so aus. Ist aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Der Verkäufer ist sehr unfreundlich und gibt teilweise patzige Antworten.
Leckeres veganes Softeis. Wird frisch hergestellt und man kann aus mehreren Zutaten sich sein Eis selbst zusammen stellen.
