Today we ate at El Casinillo. A small but cozy restaurant. Great service, very nice and professional waitresses. Food. Short letter and some off-letter recommendations. The habitats with very rich eggs. The sweetbreads with vegetables in texture are soft in flavor and well cooked. Of seconds, rib at low temperature well done and rich. Good portion of suckling pig, well cooked, perhaps it needed a bit more crust and some original ravioli, with thin dough and a very rich foie gras background. Dessert cheesecake with pistachios delicious very original. And a few glasses of wine, by the glass, of quality and local product. To repeat!!!!
