Elephant And Castle Amersham Classic Inns

This pub is at the end of Old Amersham, the lady at the bar was friendly welcoming. There was plenty of choice for seating when the sun arrives a nice pub garden. The food (we had a chicken sandwich) was ok, I thought I ordered chicken without breadcrumbs, it came with (there were two versions), I didn’t query this.

Elephant Castle met all of our expectations! Perfect spot for a family with a variety of diet needs/wants! Proper service, accommodating staff, so happy we chose this doit for our last dining experience in Ireland! Will definitely try it stateside too!

had a nice Sunday dinner with our aunt, with a 4-year-old in tow. we enjoyed eating, especially my mushroom wellington. the employees are excellent, could not do enough for us. thank you.

eating was okay, but the service could have been improved. we sat with empty plates for a while between the curses, but the staff was friendly.

a very quiet Monday evening, at least until the pub quiz began. Eating and service were best average, disappointing.
