First Watch in Westlake Crocker Park . really good Saturday morning. I'd call before or online sessions. We went in and waited 40 minutes. I usually don't make chains, but this restaurant has a nice varied menu. We did the Million Dollar Bacon Four slices of hardwood smoked bacon baked with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and a maple syrup drizzle. The Banana Granola pancakes are oversized, they are humble! Banana Granola Crunch....and a hash dish with mushrooms, goat cheese, spinach and eggs.

I love this store. They have a great selection of food and no matter what your diet is you should be able to find something. I had the salmon and vegetable frittata. It was really delicious, I just wanted to eat more. They have a great community table at the front that you can go and sit at which is good if you're by yourself or have a small party, there is no wait. I highly recommend trying first watch just make sure you have a couple minutes to wait for a table.

First time here, visiting from out of town. I got the short rib omletee, million dollar bacon, biscuts and gravy, and butternut squash soup. I got there at 1:30 and got my food at 1:45 and they were really busy. Food was delicious! My absolute favorite was the short rib omlette: Very kind and helpful servers.

Always good service and always good food. Our waiter, a bigger black man, greeted us, was extremely polite and attentive.
