Today we took our way to the Odenwald Brötchen and more at the Wagenek bakery for breakfast. The small 500g-heavy Dinkelbrot with sunflower seeds in box shape has already been very decent. The uninhabited bright, smooth peasant bread or even the peasant bread identical to the dough was sometimes different, but not necessarily a gloss. Unfortunately, the imposing peasant-fladen with linseed and the Delikatessbrot has only agreed to us. Almost a nausea was the baguette on a Sunday. It was good for me to taste the dinkel buns, the dark full grain bar and the lobe knots with pumpkin seeds. The Sesam pulp was also quite decent.
