Golden Boat - Réserver une table

Celebrating with our friends after them moving into their first home tonight, my friend ordered £40s worth of food at 7:25 pm, she called them at 9:15 to see how much longer the food would be and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and short with her saying ‘5 minutes’, we waited another 15 minutes and decided that now 2 hours was a ridiculous time to wait, along with the lack of service. My friend called back to cancel the order apologetically and the woman responded rudely again saying ‘fine I’ll let the driver know’. We understand places can be very busy but there was no customer care from this takeaway at all. Very disappointed and hungry!!!

First time buying from here. Well never again! Was disgusting I never complain. But the chicken was sloppy couldn’t eat the chop suey was drowned in garlic the chow mein was dry and stuck together and the curry was full of onions hardly any meat n tasted disgusting! Very disappointed after paying £24.70!!!! And it all went in the bin.....the only thing that was nice was the tasteless rice! Yes I complained but I won’t write what I was told!!

Ordered tonight, fast service! But food was awful, the chips tasted like they hadn’t been cooked! Chicken in chicken balls where soggy and chewy! Wasn’t anything good about this. Such a shame as we’ve had good meals before.

Ordered food 1 hour 40 minutes ago and still waiting. Called Golden Boat only to get somebody answer the phone who was very rude. Bad customer service. Will not be using again
