We held a dinner for 25 people at the Elm Rock Inn. Chef Mark created a five course Mediterranean themed meal. Each course was paired with a different wine which complimented the food. Marc always does a great job preparing food and wine dinners. At this event, the brown butter pasta with wild mushrooms was to die for! Our entrees included a choice of braised brisket, chicken or salmon. I am not a big fan of brisket, but this was phenomenal. I've had brisket at many BBQ joints from NY to Memphis to Texas. While this was braised and not BBQ, it was the best version of brisket I have ever had! The entire evening was spectacular!
