Owners son is violent!! started swearing and becoming threatening because he did not want to be corrected or listen when advised he was preparing the wrong food for the wrong person started swearing using the f bomb and threw me out of the store when I simply noted he didn’t want to apologize for the mistake .. avoid this violent employee at all costs , only male on staff working the front. 25 years visiting this pleasant location. Owner stood there and said nothing .. I will share this with many .will be launching a formal complaint with Harvey’s Canada.if I don’t hear back from the O’Connor drive location with 24 hours I will be posting this the every review and social media outlet possibl...

Food and service 5 stars. Atmosphere 4 due to a very very rude customer that started a fight with a staff member just because his order got confused and due to that got delay only a few minutes. The staff apologised multiple times but this customer was extremely rude for no reason. Left me a very bad taste.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The owner's son was very rude to me; he swore and told me to leave simply because I asked him to stop chatting with others and attend to my order, which had been ready for about 15-20 minutes while I stood there waiting. It was quite frustrating.

The people there are really polite, and tend to take care of the customers first! Good scenery within the restaurant itself. Great experience! And great poutine tooParking: Big parking lot, so enough space to dine in or take out! Réservez une table maintenant

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The only male server on duty was confrontational and aggressive. He swore and reacted violently when I asked about mistakes with my order. I would recommend avoiding this location.

There are insects and flies on the sauces and toppings. There are no lids on the toppings and the environment is dirty.
