Hilltop Cafe - Réserver une table

This food was cooked and crafted to pure cafe perfection. (You guys know me, it's only breakfast reviews really) This is everything I want from my breakfast diner food. Bacon was soft with real popping pork flavor, not Sysco, corporate delivery frozen truck hog. Scrambled eggs were soft as butter, yellow as dandelion and fluffy as a cloud. Toast was burnt just right and the home fries were half soft and white and half browned and crispy, just the way they should be, a potato mess on your plate. Makes every Irishman happy. We have been going there for six seven years oh, wonderful little restaurant. The Waitresses are fun they know the customers. It's just a great place to go and have a reasonably priced good meal.

Went there with friends who recommended it. Good food and friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed their specials as well. Definitely would consider visiting again.
